A Murder Mystery evening hosted by top author Ann Cleeves
We are super proud to be presenting a fun, exciting and interactive evening of murder, mystery and mirth - and all for a great cause! Our mission to open an accessible creative arts hub in Newcastle.
Hosted by local literary legend and international author Ann Cleeves (Shetland & Vera) who will guide you through her immersive mystery, Bannocks and Blood, the scene will be set for intrigue. Set in Shetland (and featuring local actors Steve Byron, Paula Penman, Dave Raynor, and Karen Traynor), you’re invited to play detective and figure out whodunnit? There will be bannocks. There will be blood. There will be prizes.

To warm up the affair, Newcastle's improv comedy group, The Suggestibles will get your laughter chops chopping with spontaneous theatrics inspired by your suggestions. There will be photo opportunities, homemade cakes and pastries, and a raffle on offer too.
All profits will be donated to our charitable cause to transform a vacant property in central Newcastle into an Accessible Creative Arts Hub.
